Charles Poliquin: One of (if not) the greatest olympic strength coach of all time. Ben Patrick aka 'Kneesovertoesguy' : Creator of ATG, student of Poliquin and a true genius.
Poliquin believed that to achieve optimal performance with minimal risk of injury, you must address specific ratios of strength imbalances between muscles groups.
Ben Patrick, created a scalable exercise system, inspired by Poliquin to bring balance to the body through exercise.
Initially, Ben popularised knees over toes training but since the birth of the ATG exercise system, thousands of people worldwide have benefitted. Ranging from the elderly people to celebrity athletes. That’s pretty rare.
To be “ATG Certified” holds more weight than a label or qualification.
ATG is a time tested system that prioritizes longevity and athleticism by developing strong connective tissue (ligaments and tendons), following a scalable system, accessible to basically anyone.
What I teach isn't based on textbook knowledge.
To become qualified, It took me 2 solid years of self-experimentation and challenging nearly a decade of prior knowledge to strength training.

As a coach my job is to experiment what works on myself to see if can work for others.
It is a privilege to be equipped with such powerful knowledge; my best friend recovered faster from an achilles rupture, faster than the physio predicted, by following a program I designed for him.
I also helped a father who suffered debilitating low back pain become pain-free within a matter of weeks. After 3 months together we achieved pain free knees after dealing with chronic knee tendinitis for years. He was able to enjoy sport and playing with his kid pain free.
I wake up with a new reason to be grateful every day.
My purpose simply goes beyond quick fat loss schemes, beach-ready bodies, or getting jacked out of your mind.
My purpose is to educate you so you can spread a powerful message that has the potential to liberate yourself, and the people you love, from the limitations and pain perpetuated by the modern world.
