12 weeks of Condition. may produce the most efficacious body transformation of your lifetime.

Work strength and length in harmony, in turn, developing exceptional mobility, head turning strength and improved body composition.

Measuring your progress is key to success. All you need is direction and goals; tangible achievements will give you just that.

You will work towards the ATG standards checklist to guide you to becoming more mobile, more athletic, and more bulletproof.

Unburden yourself of the anxiety your weak links have on you, be it your ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, elbows, wrists, or neck.
